We're thrilled to spotlight Ali Constien and Lupe Joseph, the moms and healthcare professionals behind Bonded Beginnings Co.!

Ali and Lupe are friends who came together over a shared passion for helping women and children feel supported through every stage of development. As moms themselves, they understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and the early years of childhood, especially when you're trying to figure out where to turn for help.

That's what inspired them to start Bonded Beginnings Co. They wanted to make it easier for families to access personalized care and find the support they need, all in one place.

Their services include pelvic floor physical therapy, lactation and feeding support, pediatric speech development, and gross motor development. They also offer Babbles & Bounce, a play-based class that combines movement and communication to help little ones build important skills while spending quality time with their parents.

One of Ali and Lupe's favorite parts of owning a business is showing their kids what it looks like to pursue something they're passionate about. Motherhood has also shaped the way they work with families, giving them a personal understanding of just how much support can mean during some of life's biggest transitions.

Like many moms who own businesses, they're still figuring out the balance between work and family. They've learned to give themselves grace, communicate with each other, and accept that some days will look different from others.
